Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Player Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive key VIP sales metrics and enhance relations with existing customers
  • Contribute to process and compliance initiatives, providing coaching to improve team performance
  • Work with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs and assist in developing sales training programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing industry
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team
  • Strong understanding of the product line and ability to implement strategies for operational efficiency
  • Experience in coaching a team to deliver quality customer experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
