Job Summary

Driving innovation in VIP services, the full-time State Licensed Player Development Manager will coach Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts to enhance customer relations and increase net revenue through proactive sales tactics while working remotely in Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive key VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement and market share
  • Contribute to process and compliance initiatives to improve operations and team performance
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs and assist in developing sales training programs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a sales team with effective communication and coaching skills
  • Strong understanding of product lines and strategies to improve operational efficiency and revenues
  • Experience in coaching teams to deliver quality customer experiences and consistent sales techniques
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
