Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time State Licensed Player Development Manager will coach Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts to enhance service for VIP players, drive sales metrics, and implement strategic processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive key VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement and net revenue
- Contribute to process and compliance initiatives to improve operations and team performance
- Collaborate with Analytics teams to monitor promotions and reward incentives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a sales team with effective communication and coaching skills
- Strong understanding of product lines and strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Experience in coaching teams to deliver quality customer experiences and sales techniques
- Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
