Job Summary

A company is looking for a PM&R Physician with Pain Management for Utilization Review as a remote independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review prior authorizations for treatment using nationally accepted medical and healthcare plan guidelines
• Provide expert, unbiased assessments while ensuring compliance with ERISA/DOL and state regulations
• Work flexibly, with the option to complete cases that typically take 30-60 minutes

Required Qualifications

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in PM&R and Pain Management
• Must have 5 years of patient care experience in PM&R
• Must have an unrestricted state medical license
• Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card
