Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth and set strategic vision for the Management and Financial Lines practice
• Lead and mentor teams to enhance performance and succession planning
• Provide executive oversight of marketing and placement strategies for new and renewal business

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; four-year degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in insurance brokerage or specialty risk advisory
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience
• Property and Casualty License required; Surplus Lines License preferred
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC preferred
