Job Summary
Supporting the development of actuarial concepts, the full-time remote State Licensed Principal Actuary will collaborate with senior management on pricing initiatives, lead complex data analyses, and provide strategic consulting for various lines of business.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with underwriters and senior management on pricing initiatives and data analyses
- Lead and review complex pharmacy data mining and analyses to address actuarial questions
- Present results and analyses to stakeholders and mentor actuarial team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Finance
- 8 years of actuarial work experience, including 6 years in a healthcare organization or PBM
- Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA)
- Proficiency in Excel and intermediate proficiency in SAS, SQL, or VBA
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
