Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy/Cyber Attorney for a 9-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct contract and purchase order redline reviews, focusing on cyber and privacy language
• Perform Privacy Risk Assessments to identify and mitigate potential privacy issues
• Manage data and cyber incident responses, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• 7+ years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity law
• Ability to review and draft complex legal documents related to privacy and cybersecurity
• Preferred experience with government contracts and familiarity with global privacy regulations
