Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Privacy Counsel to join their legal team and support their global privacy and information security program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide risk-based legal counsel on privacy and information security issues
• Monitor U.S. and global privacy regulations and ensure compliance
• Draft and negotiate data processing agreements and manage the Data Subject Request process

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of legal experience focused on privacy and information security compliance
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
• Experience negotiating data processing agreements and drafting legal documentation
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state
