Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Privacy Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements
• Monitor and analyze emerging privacy and data protection guidance and legislation
• Advise company personnel on legal issues related to data processing agreements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate law department
• Current license to practice law in a US or other approved jurisdiction
• Ability to evaluate complex legal and regulatory issues
• Highly autonomous and self-motivated work ethic
