Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling probate matters
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
• Knowledge of appropriate forms and filing requirements based on jurisdictional rules
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
