Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product and Regulatory Legal Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop payment-related product launches and enhancements
• Advise on and negotiate strategic transactions with fintechs and technology companies
• Conduct legal research on fintech trends and oversee regulatory monitoring programs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in legal/regulatory roles in consumer financial services or fintech
• J.D. degree and state bar member in good standing, with fintech banking experience
• Expertise in payments and banking industry legal issues and compliance regulations
• Understanding of banking and lending operations with the ability to balance legal risks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across functions
