• Provide guidance to product teams on product development and launch issues
• Draft terms of service, legal memos, product policies, and procedural playbooks
• Collaborate with support teams to offer legal guidance to business partners

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience advising online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms
• Experience with marketing and rewards programs
• Familiarity with financial services consumer protection laws and regulations
• Knowledge of U.S. privacy laws and the evolving AI regulatory landscape
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in at least one state bar
