Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Product Counsel to provide legal support for their Banking product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on product development and regulatory compliance for consumer banking products
• Draft and review legal documents including terms of service and product disclosures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with bank partners

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in at least one state bar
• Familiarity with banking and MTL regulations at federal and state levels
• Experience advising on legal aspects of product development in the technology sector
• Ability to operate independently and manage ongoing workstreams effectively
