Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to join their Legal team as a strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical, risk-based guidance throughout the product development lifecycle
• Refine and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Support broader legal initiatives including intellectual property and privacy

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• 8+ years of legal experience, including in-house at a high growth tech company or crypto project
• Deep product counseling experience
• Fluency in crypto legal issues and regulatory considerations
• Ability to balance legal risk with practical business judgment
