State Licensed Product Counsel
Job Summary
To support anticipated contract engagements with a leading technology company, the full-time Senior Product & Technology Counsel will advise on product development, privacy, and technology transactions while working remotely for an initial 6-month period.
Key responsibilities
- Advise product, engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and technology agreements
- Develop scalable legal guidance and monitor evolving legal and regulatory developments affecting technology products
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 7+ years of legal experience, particularly in technology product counseling
- Significant experience advising technology companies on product development and commercialization
- Prior in-house experience at a technology company is strongly preferred
