Key responsibilities:
- Counsel clients on legal matters related to product development, marketing, and engineering
- Support business teams in building consensus on projects from design to launch
- Stay updated on industry laws and regulations to provide relevant legal advice
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as product, technology, commercial, privacy, or IP counsel at a top law firm or in-house department
- Experience managing complex projects
- Active bar license for the state of residence
