Job Summary

Providing legal counsel to diverse clients, the remote Product Counsel Lawyer will advise on product development and compliance, focusing on mitigating legal risks while collaborating with various business teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Counsel clients, including global technology companies, on product development and legal compliance
• Advise teams on legal aspects from the initial stages of product development to launch
• Review products and features to provide legal risk mitigation strategies aligned with company goals

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as product, technology, commercial, privacy, or IP counsel at a top law firm or in-house department
• Experience managing complex projects
• Active bar license for the state of residence
