State Licensed Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a State Product Manager - Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic plans for assigned states to meet Personal Lines objectives
• Analyze financial results and product profitability while collaborating with various stakeholders
• Monitor performance and communicate product/pricing issues with leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
• Progress toward or completion of relevant industry designations preferred
• Eight years of experience in underwriting or product management
• Detailed knowledge of personal lines insurance products and state regulations
• Proficiency in analytical tools and data analysis
