State Licensed Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Manager to lead their lending sales team and optimize loan origination workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations and increase loan pull-through percentages while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Drive sales growth from the Loan Officer team to meet company targets and promote a culture of customer service
• Coach team members and develop market share through business relationships and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
• Proven success in leading teams in the mortgage industry, preferably as a Regional or Branch manager
• Experience with FNMA and FHLMC guidelines and familiarity with Encompass and CRM systems
• Ability to work remotely and lead a distributed team effectively
