State Licensed Program Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of inpatient quality improvement initiatives leveraging the GWTG-Stroke registry
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams and manage workgroups of volunteer subject-matter experts
• Guide QI staff through the adoption and execution of evidence-based inpatient guidelines and develop educational materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field
• 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care or clinical quality improvement
• Experience in hospital operations, QI nursing, or registry operations
• Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows related to stroke care
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
