Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Liability Claims Adjuster to manage Homeowners Liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate Homeowners Liability claims, determining negligence and compensability
• Conduct thorough investigations and apply state-specific liability laws to claims
• Negotiate settlements and prepare documentation for internal stakeholders and clients

Required Qualifications

• Active Adjuster's License in applicable states
• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of liability claims experience
• Expert knowledge of comparative and contributory negligence, and joint & several liability
• Experience handling multi-state claims and negotiating with various stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently and make defensible liability decisions
