Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in Addiction Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage care for individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs)
• Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and support patients in achieving their recovery goals
• Coordinate treatment plans and provide patient care during scheduled part-time shifts, utilizing technology effectively

Required Qualifications

• Active NP license and PMHNP certification in the state of residency
• Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an outpatient setting
• Degree from an accredited nursing school and completion of a graduate-level clinician program
• Demonstrated expertise in managing SUDs within a chronic care model
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing tools
