Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize condition-specific SOPs and structured prescribing frameworks
• Design and lead structured chart audit programs and monitor provider performance
• Standardize EMR templates and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clinical safety

Required Qualifications

• Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• 5+ years of psychiatric clinical experience
• Strong experience with stimulant prescribing and/or medical weight loss management
• Experience in telehealth or multi-state practice preferred
• Experience building SOPs, quality systems, or provider performance programs
