Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations and collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing follow-ups with clients to evaluate care effectiveness and support treatment goals
• Deliver talk therapy using various modalities, integrating medication management and therapy as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active multiple state Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licenses
• ANCC Board Certification
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health (preferred)
• Active State Nurse Practitioner License and DEA Certification required
