Job Summary
To support a new clinical escalation team, the full-time remote State Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will manage complex psychiatric cases, advocate for high-quality care, and collaborate across teams to improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical resource, responding to safety concerns and resolving grievances
- Analyze and address clinical risk and quality issues to enhance patient safety
- Collaborate with various teams to shape tools and workflows that improve care delivery
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP)
- Active licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in psychiatry, crisis care, or community mental health
- 2+ years of experience managing clinical risk or high-acuity situations
- Experience with telehealth care delivery and virtual care platforms
