State Licensed Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To promote operational excellence, the remote Quality Assurance and Training Analyst will design and manage quality assurance programs, conduct audits, and facilitate employee training initiatives in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage quality assurance programs to ensure compliance and operational excellence
• Conduct quality reviews and audits to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and deliver training programs and resources for onboarding and continuous employee development

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, operations, auditing, compliance, or training
• Property & Casualty Producer License in home state or ability to obtain it
• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
