Job Summary
To promote operational excellence, the remote Quality Assurance and Training Analyst will design and manage quality assurance programs, conduct audits, and facilitate employee training initiatives in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage quality assurance programs to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources for onboarding and continuous employee development
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, operations, auditing, compliance, or training
- Property & Casualty Producer License in home state or ability to obtain it
- Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
