State Licensed Quality Director

Job Summary

Leading a team to ensure effective implementation of risk management and valuation services, the full-time State Licensed Quality Director will oversee the appraisal report review process, enforce policies, and collaborate with partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Appraisal Report Review Process to ensure alignment with business plans and turnaround time requirements
• Drive the implementation of policies and key risk mitigation procedures within the Valuation & Advisory Services Practice Area
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review reports and communications, ensuring adherence to valuation guidelines and risk assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered
• General State Certification/License in at least one state and MAI designation required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Strong leadership skills to manage targets impacting departmental results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
