Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President of Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees and implements healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs
  • Collaborates with senior executives to set and achieve quality goals, ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Acts as a subject matter expert and manages critical quality improvement functions across the organization


Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or higher in a clinical field, IT, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in health plan quality improvement
  • 4 years of Medicaid/Medicare experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HEDIS programs and NCQA Accreditation experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
