State Licensed Quality Reviewer
Job Summary
To support quality assurance efforts, the full-time remote State Licensed Quality Reviewer will review estimates and claim files for accuracy and compliance, leveraging expertise in property adjusting and Xactimate to drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of claims to ensure adherence to quality standards before submission
- Analyze claims and process trends, providing recommendations for improvements and corrections
- Prepare quality assurance reports and provide feedback to service centers regarding claim file trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating and/or property adjusting
- Active Adjuster License required
- 3 years of experience with Xactimate and XactAnalysis
- At least 1 year of audit/quality control experience in property and/or casualty claims
