Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiologist SME to provide clinical and operational expertise for the VA's National Teleradiology Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on radiology clinical operations and workflows
• Support the development and validation of radiologist staffing models and workload balancing strategies
• Evaluate NTP performance and contribute to defining performance metrics and clinical KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified Radiologist (MD or DO)
• 8-10+ years of clinical radiology experience
• Experience with teleradiology or distributed reading environments
• Demonstrated knowledge of radiology workflows and operational models
• Experience with quality assurance and peer review processes
