State Licensed Radiology Director

Job Summary

Leading the full specialty operations team, the remote Senior Director of Operations Radiology will manage day-to-day performance across all radiology sites, drive accountability to key metrics, and develop operational playbooks while overseeing compliance and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational performance metrics including wRVUs, turnaround time, and quality benchmarks across radiology sites
• Develop and implement site-level operational playbooks and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations
• Oversee radiologist productivity targets and manage the overall specialty P&L, including site financials and vendor costs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field with 10 years of progressive operations management experience
• 5+ years of radiology specialty-specific healthcare experience required
• Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in healthcare, physician specialty management, or multi-location operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare management and performance measures affecting specialty operations
