State Licensed Radiology Director

Job Summary

Leading the full specialty operations team, the full-time remote State Licensed Radiology Director will manage day-to-day operational performance across all radiology sites, ensuring accountability to key metrics while developing and executing strategic operational plans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance metrics, including wRVUs, turnaround time, and quality benchmarks across radiology sites
• Develop and implement operational playbooks for site launches, stabilization, and compliance with standards and regulations
• Manage the specialty P&L and collaborate with internal teams to enhance site performance and operational efficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or Public Health with 10 years of progressive operations management experience
• 5+ years of radiology specialty-specific healthcare experience
• Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare management and physician specialty management
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-location operations effectively
