Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President, Radiology to lead their radiology practice and drive proactive healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the radiology team, ensuring optimal patient throughput and compliance
• Lead clinical quality initiatives and maintain a personal clinical load through image interpretation and consultations
• Oversee talent management, including recruiting, training, and fostering a culture of excellence within the radiology practice

Required Qualifications

• M.D. or equivalent medical degree with board certification in Radiology
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-site radiology practice or health tech company
• Proven experience in leading distributed clinical teams
• Strong business acumen, with formal training in business, public health, or health administration preferred
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in EMRs, PACS, and healthcare IT systems
