Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Counsel specializing in Renewables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the United States
• Manage a pipeline of deals and facilitate communication between pricing, origination, legal, and management teams
• Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions while overseeing due diligence activities

Required Qualifications

• 6-12 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer
• Understanding of financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects
• Fluency with technology and remote work
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
