Job Summary
To design scalable solutions for state-administered refugee resettlement and human services programs, the full-time remote State Licensed Refugee Services Architect will assess service ecosystems, translate program requirements into operating models, and develop integrated service strategies for diverse refugee populations.
Key responsibilities
- Design integrated state-level refugee service models addressing various aspects of stabilization and community integration
- Assess and analyze state refugee-service ecosystems and translate federal and state program requirements into executable strategies
- Develop culturally responsive and accessible approaches for underserved and linguistically diverse refugee communities
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, public policy, public administration, human services, international development, or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience in refugee resettlement, state human services, or related social services
- Strong knowledge of state refugee-service delivery systems and federally funded refugee programs
- Demonstrated experience in designing and managing complex human services programs
- Ability to convert policy and funding requirements into practical operating models and technical solutions
