Job Summary
Seeking a State Licensed Regional Anesthesiologist for a contract position to annotate ultrasound images and identify nerve landmarks for an AI training study, requiring active ultrasound-guided nerve block experience and onsite collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Annotate ultrasound images focusing on nerve landmarks and surrounding anatomy
- Identify and label nerves relevant to regional anesthesia procedures
- Apply clinical knowledge of nerve-adjacent vascular and soft tissue structures in the groin and lower extremity
Required qualifications
- MD with anesthesiology training and active regional anesthesia practice
- Regular use of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, preferably performing 15+ blocks per month
- Experience with lower extremity blocks including femoral, adductor canal, sciatic, popliteal, or fascia iliaca
- Comfort identifying the femoral nerve and surrounding neurovascular bundle on ultrasound
