Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Operations to join their Regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and filing of commercial insurance products through annual Form & Binder Filings
• Develop processes for internal tracking and monitoring of filings, maintaining a repository of objections
• Build and support relationships with regulatory bodies and serve as a subject matter expert on assigned states

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• 1+ years of SERFF and HIOS experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Familiarity with ACA marketplace plans, rules, and regulations (bonus)
