Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory & Product Counsel to join their legal department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance compliance programs while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations
• Act as the subject matter expert on global laws relevant to SaaS operations, particularly data privacy
• Advise cross-functional teams on compliance requirements related to product development and business operations

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active State Bar license
• 3-5 years of legal experience in SaaS technology, focusing on data privacy laws
• Experience in providing legal advice that balances risk and business impact
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and provide actionable compliance analysis
• Experience collaborating with internal teams to operationalize compliance requirements
