Job Summary
Leading a team of attorneys, the full-time Head Counsel, Regulatory will provide legal guidance on complex matters related to telehealth, pharmacy operations, and healthcare technology in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a key advisor to executives, offering solution-oriented legal advice and managing risk
- Develop legal strategies to support the company's global growth in the health and wellness sector
- Oversee a team handling regulatory compliance in areas such as digital care delivery and pharmacy operations
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of legal experience in both law firm and in-house settings
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory landscape, including telehealth and pharmacy law
- Proven management experience with a track record of building and leading teams
- Admission to the bar in at least one state and eligibility to practice in-house
- Experience with FDA-regulated products and state-based Stark/Anti-Kickback laws is desirable
