Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual metrics related to retention, revenue, and customer engagement
• Manage internal and external customer relationships while supporting new sales initiatives
• Exhibit consultative selling and negotiation skills to optimize product features and plan design

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
• Successful completion of SIE and hold FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 or 66, and State Insurance license
• Expertise in consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze complex relationships and develop strategies to achieve goals
