State Licensed Relationship Manager

Job Summary

To drive sales growth within the Retirement Division, the full-time State Licensed Relationship Manager will manage and develop operational relationships with distribution partners, ensuring alignment with partner needs and Symetra's capabilities while working in a hybrid telecommuting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of distribution partners' operational processes and technology
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and document outcomes
• Prepare monthly account summaries and sales analyses for the Channel Vice President

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA in liberal arts, business, or communications preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in insurance, banking, brokerage, or investments
• Experience in relationship management with annuity programs preferred
• Current Series 6/63 and Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain
• Strong presentation skills and sales training background
