State Licensed Residential Valuation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Valuation Manager to oversee residential valuation operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential valuation operations to ensure compliance with USPAP and federal regulations
• Oversee senior review staff and manage third-party appraisal vendors for quality and service standards
• Partner with various departments to address valuation policy questions and ensure audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, engineering, real estate, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in appraisal, valuation review, finance, and/or real estate
• Certified General Appraiser or Certified Residential State Appraisal License by start date
• Candidate of a recognized Professional Appraisal Organization (e.g., SRA, ASA, AI-RRS)
• Strong knowledge of USPAP and federal appraisal regulations
