State Licensed Retention Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Retention Statewide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure enrollment growth for Medicaid and Child Health Plus
• Oversee and collaborate with teams to achieve specific retention and marketing goals
• Lead statewide call campaigns and represent the organization at various meetings focusing on retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MA/MS in a Health Care related field preferred
• 10 years of management experience, preferably in a marketing field
• Experience in a heavily regulated environment with compliance knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
