Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Transition Consultant - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison during plan installation and conversion
• Coordinate asset transfers and ensure accurate allocation of funds
• Drive client service initiatives and maintain risk awareness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or finance or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of relevant retirement plans experience
• Extensive knowledge of legal requirements and contracts related to retirement plans
• Experience with retirement plans implementation, MEP, PEP, and/or PEO
• QKA or other ASPPA certification preferred
