Job Summary
State Licensed Retirement Sales Representative is a full-time, remote position responsible for engaging educators and clients to assess retirement planning needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through inbound calls and proactive outreach to discuss retirement planning needs
- Conduct needs-based financial conversations and recommend appropriate retirement solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing a pipeline of opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 6 and 63 licenses required
- Active Life Insurance license required
- Minimum of 3 years of financial services or consultative sales experience
- Proven ability to build trust and establish relationships in a remote engagement model
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
