State Licensed Revenue Integrity Director

Job Summary

As a strategic leader in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Director of Revenue Integrity will oversee hospital and professional revenue integrity operations, ensuring accurate revenue capture, compliance, and optimization of workflows while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational strategies for revenue integrity, including policy development and operational oversight
• Ensure timely and accurate charge capture and compliance through comprehensive quality assurance programs and process optimization methodologies
• Serve as the primary liaison for revenue integrity matters, directing enterprise dashboards and educating stakeholders on compliance and charge capture practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue integrity or related functions
• 5+ years of experience with EPIC systems related to billing and charge capture
• Experience in an academic medical center environment
• Licensure or certification in relevant health information or coding fields required within one year of employment
