Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will engage with clients remotely, providing tailored financial solutions and educating retirees about Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM).

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with potential clients and analyze their financial situations to recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
• Manage a high volume of phone calls while effectively closing deals and negotiating terms
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge

Required qualifications

• Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• College degree preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
