Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will engage with clients remotely, providing tailored financial solutions while building rapport and closing deals in a dynamic sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to clients and analyze their financial situations to recommend appropriate reverse mortgage solutions
• Build rapport with potential clients and effectively communicate the benefits of reverse mortgages
• Manage a high volume of phone calls and follow up with leads to close sales

Required qualifications

• Valid SAFE and State license or certification preferred
• Sales experience is preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• College degree preferred, but not mandatory
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong persuasive communication skills
