Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will engage with clients remotely, providing tailored financial solutions and educating them about reverse mortgage products while building rapport and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial situations and provide appropriate reverse mortgage solutions
• Build rapport quickly with potential clients and maintain ongoing communication throughout the sales process
• Participate in ongoing sales training and utilize innovative sales methods to achieve performance targets

Required qualifications

• Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ambitious and motivated professional with a strong sense of urgency
• College degree preferred, but not mandatory
