Job Summary

Connecting with potential clients, the full-time State Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will engage in inside sales, providing tailored financial solutions and educating retirees on reverse mortgage options while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Build rapport with clients and analyze their financial situations to offer appropriate mortgage solutions
• Conduct high-volume phone calls to generate leads and close sales effectively
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Required qualifications:

• Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• College degree preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
